Follow up and coordinate with each vendor throughout the entire design process

Connect with the other vendors you've chosen to confirm all details and plans two months prior to wedding date

Design:

Create 3+ mood boards for initial color palettes and design ideas

Create mood board to reflect final selections

Create floor plan options for chosen venue to manage flow and functionality of the space

Create seating chart if desired

Artistic collaboration to create and implement a detailed design concept including:

  • Floral Design
  • Design/decorate ceremony area
  • Reception table design -  linens, tableware, centerpieces, etc.

  • Design and layout of any specialty tables such as sign in table, escort table, etc.

  • Design/decorate bar area and collaborate with bartender for drink presentation

  • Design/decorate food service area if needed and collaborate with caterer for food presentation

  • Mood and lighting

  • Coordination of stationary items to enhance the overall design such as save the dates, invitations, menus, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, etc.

  • Staging/dance floor

  • Specialty designs such as ice sculptures, etc.

Day of management:

Full day event management up to 15 hours
